'19 Ecosport Titanium can lane keep be added fairly easy.. '19 Ecosport S upgrade cluster

I have two question.

MIL Purchased '19 Ecosport Titanium, but doesn’t have lane keep. How difficult would it be to do so?

Soooo, She gave her '19 Ecosport S to my son and it has the basic cluster. Would like to update the cluster on that. Not sure if other models vehicles are compatible. Right now I looking at p/n GN15-10849-BP.

I guy over a Fordflex.net did this. It was a huge pain but he got it to work. The big thing was that the Flex never had that option.
