I think 2013 ccm is diffrent from newer models (short asbuild) and that means- different firmware also known as calibration and mostly likley it have different hardware. I did some research- 2013 have connected only HS1 CAn bus, 2015 mondeo ccm also 2017 fusion additionaly have second can bus but this in MS. Also PAM have very short asbuild just single row :D. And reason of all this is strange 2013 BCM. Now I calling it released Beta version 
cuz from 2014 BCM data is more less same (newer have longer asbuild). I try to add BCM from 2017 Fusion, but I cant found syncronization bits (in readed firmware)betwean PCM and BCM (not allowing to start engine). And I solve all my issues (Dynamic leds) with that by adding additional electronics (faster way). almost forget at least in 2013 ccm asbuild cannot turn off HUD display error (all 2013 with ccm have hud)
