I changed the A to a 2 before I hopped on the plane this morning. No change…this car may be cursed haha.
Any other suggestions on items that might be worth changing for the radio? Still works and everything seems functional except the sound adjustments. I wouldn’t even worry about it except the bass adjustment at maximum does cause the speakers some stress (and my head).
Again, grateful for your help.

Hope all is well. Hope I haven’t used up all the advice you are willing to share. Still grateful and need to know where to make a contribution to you directly or will do it though the site.
In reference to the audio controls for bass/mid/treb not staying adjusted and resetting to maximum after a few seconds, is below the info that I should be referencing to try to change it? Looks like the 6th digit? Or am I way off (forgive me, uncharted territory here)

You should have a ‘2’ there unless you have Push Button Start which would be ‘3’.

Thank you so much. I changed the 6th digit to a 2 and everything seems to be working! (Seems). System started acting funny after a few minutes of driving and started sputtering like a skipping CD, but I shut it off, restarted it, and it’s been acting normally ever since.
Will keep you apprised. Thank you for helping when the vendor who sold it intentionally left me out to dry.

I too upgraded my 2012 Focus ST from sync 1 to sync 3. For me, everything works correctly except the reversing camera (same as you) and the rear sensors also work. The thing I would like to know is, where in the settings did you go to manually turn on the camera (also do you need the car in reverse when manually turning it on?)
