Like title says I’m wanting to switch out my 3G TCU for a 4G and I’ve found a kit from a local guy that knows nothing about it and I was wondering if it would work. The kit part number is AM-MU7J-A00A25-CA and consist of a TCU (part#HJ5T-14G087-UM) and antenna (part#DT-NL1T-19K351-A) Velcro mounting tape and a wire to attach antenna to factory wiring. Does anyone know if this kit would work? Thanks for any help you might offer.
You can follow the TCU guide that F150Chief has on here to get it activated, the issue is going to be the config in the TCU.
My suggestion would be to find the the TCU AB that Bill posted for his Fusion Energi since his was a dealer update and use that once you get the TCU activated.
