Depends on the calibration/firmware/hardware present in the car.
As an example the rear seat minder on Sync 3.4 requires that the APIM have a calibration of -EK or higher, you can enable it in the APIM but it doesn’t work on a lower level.
ANC is active noise control (not cancellation) it requires a DACMC, compatible DSP and the required microphones, ForScan will more than likely not pick it up as the 2013-2019 Kuga never had it from the factory.
That’s the microphone for the bluetooth cell & Sync voice functions.
The ANC mics are 25mm microphones on the headliner close to the B pillars and in the center of the back seat.
You’re missing the others as well as the ACM with the builtin DACMC.
You don’t have the required components, keep in mind that with the HEV/PHEV the system is used to add noise to cover “unique” sounds from the CVT, on models like the Mustang/Focus ST/Fusion Sport its used it add fake engine noise when accelerating.
The system won’t make the cabin any quieter, this isn’t automatic noise cancellation like you would have with a set of Bose noise cancelling headphones.
Some say that the ANC is installed on a model identical to mine. Can we with Forscan know if the option is present because it is very difficult to know if the ANC works.
For the recognition of the panels and the driver alert, I saw some who managed to activate these options, but I do not know the details to do it.
Then its already active.
There’s are no controls for it, it is totally driven by the PCM, ACM & DSP.
As stated above, the purpose isn’t to make the cabin quieter, its to hide certain noises generated by the power train.
If you wish to quiet the cabin down I would suggest sourcing the acoustic front door glass, in most markets it was removed from the Escape/Kuga after the 2020 model year.
And for the recognition of the panels and the driver alert, I saw some who managed to activate these options, but I do not know the details to do it. I has no these options, it was a pack.
I assume you’re referring to traffic signs.
Here in the US on the MY2021+ Escapes enabling this is actually in the option menus for the APIM and the cluster (HUD also if you have that), its not a ForScan item, you have to enable it on the APIM before you can enable it on the cluster and HUD.
If you don’t have the option, there’s a write up on fordescape.org by 360Alaska to do this which is written around Sync3.

But how to find corresponding activation values for forscan in hexadecimal ?
In fact, it is to activate TSR: recognition of road signs, with indication on the instrument panel (limits + no overtaking)
WWA: wrong way alert, recognition and warning in case you take a road in the forbidden direction (e.g. ramp for entering the motorway)
DAS: driver alert security, monitoring of driver attention by analyzing driving style.
I think the only thing missing are the 4 side sensors and the parking camera in front in the grille.
The IPMA is also a minefield when it comes to making changes.
Anything beyond single bit changes (eg even loading in the factory AB) wipes out the module calibration and requires a re-calibration sequence to be run before things like adaptive cruise and pre-collision braking work correctly.
Anything you touch when you make mods you do at your own risk, if it goes sideways its your fault, not Ford’s or anyone else’s.
