I’ve a 2021 focus running version 3.4.22200. the car didn’t come with climate control voice commands and I want to add it if I can. My question is this: How do I do it and if I add it with forscan will it work or just add the icon to the screen?

You would need to enable both the screen and voice commands with forscan. There are separate settings IIRC.
You could add them to Sync but if the vehicle systems don’t support the automatic climate features it will do nothing.
