So i wanted to add sat nav to a non nav fiesta mk8 2018, i changed the apim to the 1 in the pictures and tried adding via cyanlabs. After no success i run the test and its saying its a non nav 16gb, is there anyway to fix this?

It looks quite obvious to me that you are reading the wrong interrogator log, the one from your old APIM not your new one. the model doesn’t even match!
