APIM Dead and can't find exact replacement. 2019 Ford F150 XL

My radio and related buttons stopped working. The display is on (photo below), but doesn’t respond to any buttons on the panel or steering wheel.

I have researched and checked the related fuses, reset everything, but it just goes back to this.

This is the model # KL3T-14G370-PLG, and I haven’t been able to find an exact replacement. I found KL3T-14G370-PCH, but I’m not sure what the PCH means or if that’s an issue. I also found others where everything matched except the last there letters.

I’m pretty sure my truck (2019 Ford F150 XL) doesn’t have SYNC or maybe it’s SYNC 1, and I wasn’t interested in upgrading, just getting it back to working (it’s a work truck). If I can’t find the one ending in PLG, would the PCH one work?

-PBH will work but will need to be loaded with the 4" screen version for Sync 3. (NON-NAV)
If you look on the back of the unit you will find the actual APIM part number, which should be something like KL3T-14G371-xxx.
