APIM DTC ERRORS

Can anyone help me with these DTC APIM errors I’m getting? Ive already tried clearing them myself, but I seem to have made things worse.

The first is a USB communication error, Bluetooth specificlly. The rest are Canbus communication errors.

Based on these I would guess your using Forscan and you have messed with the AB values. Might be time to revert back to the OE AB values and start over. You should only make one change at a time and than save it in between.

Overall these all seem to be AB value issues.

Load your OEM asbuilt and perform a master reset, clear the DTC’s and then ignition cycle the vehicle. See what comes back.

I forgot to mention I also swapped to the 8” screen too. The APIM from the salvaged car had stuff my truck doesn’t like heated steering wheel. So I just disabled that stuff and the remaining I don’t know how to fix ( DTC errors).

I will try to reset to default and see what happens.

Let us know, we can help get it straight…

Looking at the link you sent me, are these the body control module as built data that is oem, do I just rewrite the whole thing?

Thats the AB for all modules in the vehicle. You just need to copy the data to your APIM and write that to bring it back to OE. There is also a button in Forscan when your in the AB of the APIM.

Okay, looks like it worked. I reset the DTC and reran forscan, and no errors. I hope that was the correct procedure. Anyways when I did that, it got rid of the navigation. Can I just go into the APIM and look for the navigation and enable it? It is disabled now. Before I did this, the navigation and stuff did work well, so…?

Yes, You can just turn that on.
