Calibration File Requests

The APIM Firmware Flash Rescue pdf you posted states this

3.0 APIM NAV & NON-NAV Unit Firmware (Production Release, 2017-Pre-2018.5, H-Early J Series)
(Originally Found On 2017/Early 2018 Units That Ship with 2 USB Ports on Back)
GB5T-14G376-AA
HB5T-14G374-CA
HB5T-14G375-DA or HB5T-14G375-FA (HB5T-14G375-CA NON-NAV)
GB5T-14G379-AA
HB5T-14G379-BA

And the one I posted sates this

For NON-NAV:
SBL: (shouldn’t have to change this) GB5T-14G376-AA.VBF
Strat: HB5T-14G374-CA.VBF
Cal: HB5T-14G375-BA.VBF

So based off the PDF you posted I think I need HB5T-14G375-CA but based off the one I posted I need HB5T-14G375-BA. Based off your respeonse above you said I need HB5T-14G375-DA or HB5T-14G375-FA so I’m completely lost on what 375 file I need. Both nav and non nav use the same 374 file per the Flash rescue guides so im lost when you say I need the NON-Nav version because they both use the same HB5T-14G374-CA.

Use HB5T-14G375-DA or -FA and HB5T-14G374-CA. I do no have -DA

Sounds good. The screenshot I posted is after I unbricked it and the apim is working again. Unfortunately I didn’t take a screenshot of what the original strategies were but I used the files @Mr.Queequeg uploaded in post 645 here to unbrick mine Updating APIM Firmware (Calibration Files) - Ford / Sync 3 - CyanLabs Official Community

It worked but his apim was a nav apim so I’m thinking I unbricked mine using Nav files… but it works so… Sorry for all the confusion, I just want this to be right.

Should I leave it as is in the screenshot or change the HB5T-14G375-FA to HB5T-14G375-DA? what is the difference between the 2? In the PDF you sent me it says HB5T-14G375-CA is for Non nav

There is really no issue to leave it as is, as there is not a significant difference in the calibrations. The -CA file is just optimized for the NON-NAV systems.

Can you send me the CA file please? And is it okay to just flash the file by itself since the rest are already correct or do I have to reflash them all? Is there any difference between the BA and CA?

Can I update to these files here Updating APIM Firmware (Calibration Files) - #748 by F150Chief

Yes.

Any benefits to that? And in that case do you have 1U5T-14G375-CA

Not so much unless you plan on doing FMods stuff.

Can you also post HB5T-14G375-CA please

Hello F150chief

It is exactly like that.
the
GB5T-14G376-AA
1U5T-14G374-DA
1U5T-14G375-HA
GB5T-14G379-AA
JB5T-14G379-BA

I have too at the moment.

But I find my radio does not run smoothly.
If I turn up the volume on the steering wheel, I can only turn up 2-3 digits then it gets stuck.

If you use the volume control on the panel, does it show the same symptoms? If not, either you have a bad button pack on the steering wheel or bad clockspring in the steering wheel mount. Both are simple to fix, despite having to take the airbag off (very simple and safe).

Hi

The radio works normally.
It still worked with software 2.2 and 3.0.

Do you have a link that describes how to fix it?

I don’t know what vehicle you have but this might get you started in the right direction…

Hi, I need help, I have my Ford Ecosport sync3, which lost its programming, we downloaded a Ford Fiesta Kinetic programming, it works fine, but the controls, keys, panel do not respond, what configuration do I have to modify? can someone help?

Go to Index - FordServiceInfo.Com (motorcraftservice.com) to download your original asbuilt configuration for your vehicle. The data you need is there.
