Calibration File Requests

Hi, I need these files for a downgrade of a K series TCU…
The files I need are:
1)JL3T-14G141-AA. vbf
2)JL3T-14G139-CR.vbf
3)JL3T-14G144-CR. vbf
Thanks a lot to everyone

-CT versions will be the latest files.

Thank you very much F150, now thanks to you I also have the files. I think my last obstacle is the “AS BUILD” page. I really have no idea how it should be programmed, as I don’t have any as an example. some advice?
P.S. after finishing the work I will post it for help to other members.
Thank you, you are precious to us.

Sorry, the files are working
loaded one at a time, or all three
Together?
I think this is important.
Thank you

Load them all at one.

Tank you warlock

You might recommend a more reliable version of FORscan.
Thank you

The current release of 2.4.11 seems stable as was 2.4.6 (you have to have 2.4.x to flash firmware).
The other thing here is to use a GOOD OBD2 adapter, personally for this I use an OBDLink Ex, with that flashing a TCU takes about 40-45 minutes.
Using a cheap one with a lower baud rate will take significantly longer.

Hi Warlock, I have the same “OBDLink Ex” adapter as you, and I will try the latest release FORscan 2.4.11 beta. Could you give me some advice on programming the “AS BUILT”,
the donor is a fiesta MK8 I don’t know more. if you can help me. Thank you
P.S. maybe I’ll open a new topic

You have to do this with a good battery charger connected to the car, with headlamps, HVAC and radio off the car is going to pull about 9.5 Amps.
In the firmware update screen you’ll to do a custom since you’re downgrading.
Here’s F150Chief’s doc.

Hello
could you please send me this calibration File
7g9t-14c097-aa.vbf

Working with a newer 2020MY APIM.
What’s the highest that this can go up to?
Even just trying to take it to an M strateghy errors out.

You should be able to go to the latest firmware with that APIM. (-EM).

[LINK REMOVED]

It gets to -EK using custom without any problems.
Doing a no profile load in ForScan and trying to go to -EM kicks back with an “operation cancelled by operator”

Looking at another pair that are identical (the VINs are 12k apart with the same trim/model) one that’s already on EM from the factory, it looks like the
Calibration level drops to LU5T-14G371-CKH TO LU5T-14G371-CKF and the ECU F168 goes from 5U5T-14G379-BB TO 5U5T-14G379-BC

You need to be at one of these before you go to -EM. Note they are at -BC. The drivers (firmware) are loaded as sets. Lots of folks don’t do this and run into other issues with lighting, etc.
