Calibration for IPC FA1T-10849-AL

Hello, I need help regarding a retrofit that I’m currently doing. For the last week I’ve been attempting to install a cluster out of a 2016 MKX into a 2015 Ford Edge and it was mostly smooth sailing until I saw that I was only getting fuel level data from only 1 sender. sender one had a value of 62400 and sender two had a value of 0. This is causing the fuel gauge to read at full the majority of the time for some odd reason. I’ve play around with the as-built data to the point where nothing is really helping so I’ve resorted to flashing eu mondeo firmware which in return also didn’t help. From what I’ve seen from others online, the best thing to do when there is any weird complications would be to flash firmware for a eu edge sport because the cluster hardware is almost identical to the one from the MKX. The problem is no matter where I look I cannot find the firmware. So admitting defeat I’ve gone onto this forum pleading to anyone who has the strategy and calibration files.

Just in case of failure

GT4T-14C026-AF and GT4T-14C088-AF

Thank you to anyone who helps

EDIT: link to solution is below

Double check the IPC wiring on C220 for both of them. Make sure there is not pins that need to be moved.

This is what it’s looking like

Thank you guys but I’ve found the solution on the ford edge forum

Also If anyone has those firmware files they would be greatly appreciated.

Better do the caliubration updates quick as Forscan will not be supporting calibration updates anymore.
