Connectivity problems

Hi, I have a connectivity issue.
I installed a KT1T-14G087 TCU, under the guidance of an F150, on a 2017 KUGA, with an APIM 18+ update. I downgraded the TCU to JX7T xxx. The ESN is visible on APIM. I activated FordPass without any problems. I can see the car’s location and mileage on the app, but I can’t remotely lock or unlock the car. I noticed that the connectivity menu isn’t loading, and the classic arrows at the top right of the screen aren’t appearing. Any advice? Thanks.

It means the platform settings in the TCU AB aren’t correct, the Kuga is a different platform from an F150. Try finding the VIN of a 2018 Kuga that came with a TCU and getting the AB settings from that.

I also wanted to ask another question:
I tried to load the JL3T-14G141-AA file into the TCU, along with JL3T-14G139-CT and JL3T-14G144-CT. When I download with ForScan, the Secondary Boot Loader file doesn't load JL3T-14G141-AA, but remains JX7T-14G141-AA. Does anyone know why? Thanks.

Here in the states I would go to a used car site to find an equivalent car and get then VIN.

The AB for that VIN can be downloaded from https://www.motorcraftservice.com/Asbuilt/

If the vehicle has a manual transmission, you will not have remote start capability through FordPass.

This is well known, but I was just trying to use remote locking and unlocking, and maybe make the connectivity menu visible, this is possible thanks.

They connectivity menu will never be visible unless you work for Ford and have access to their database to be able to change that.

In my case, on the FordPass app,
I can see if the doors
are open or closed,
but I can't unlock them.
My question is about the APIM settings,
because if I query the file with Cyna,
the TCU appears present, but if I look in the hidden Sync menu, I get this:
