Can anybody explain the differences (bug fixes, additional features, etc) between the options in the “desired versions” dropdown box? Can any be installed or should one be installed prior to the newer releases?
No, these are all ford releases some have issues on some cars and not on others, 19200 imo is the most stable.
Would any be better for US cars?

I am from Spain and I have a 2016 smax with sync 3. 3.0 rev 19205. with nav. queversion would be the most stable to put at the moment and if then I have to do something with forscan.
