Hello! I know this topic has been discussed a lot, but I’m having a bit of an odd issue that I need clarification on.
I have a 2020 F150 Platinum and my door chime and start up chime are definitely going through the front speakers. However, they also have a bit of a buzz to them like they are ALSO coming from the IPC at the same time.
The speakers are definitely the loudest part, but I can also hear what sounds like a chime coming from the IPC at the same time.
My backup alarms are definitely 100% all speakers.
Is this normal behavior? Do the speakers just supplement the IPC chime? Or should it be 100% speaker only?
Any help on diagnosing this issue is super appreciated. I haven’t found anyone yet that seems to know exactly how it should be operating.
