OK So, presumably you have a non nav unit as failing at 15mins is a common sign of that
What you need to do is recreate a USB without navigation.
Make sure your Full SYNC version on the settings page is set to 3.0.00000 (or any version that is 3.0.xxxxx)
Then recreate your USB with these settings.
