I have a 2023 Ford Puma. Until 2024, I was always able to update the Sync system. Since 2025, it’s been a nightmare with the Ford website. It tells me maps are available, but always makes me download the same 49KB “Map_49471_Update.zip” file. I format my USB drive to exFAT, follow the instructions to install this small update (it installs very quickly in the car). I retrieve my *.xml file and upload it to the Ford website… And again, it offers me the same 49KB “Map_49471_Update.zip” file. I did this throughout 2025 and at the beginning of 2026… Still the same loop! Is there a way to update my maps, voices, etc., with your Sync 3 Updater software without breaking anything? If so, how do I do it? I have Sync 3.4.23188 (MY20).
