Ford Puma Sync3 audio reinstall

OK, at this point all of the proper map files are installed except one, which we can do along with the voice files. The storage is still the same, so that is good. The reason the installation was failing before is that the installation file list file size was greater than the amount of free storage remaining. By slicing up the installation to smaller chunks, it seems to be working. Based on that we can continue with the installation.
This is what is now installed:
1U5T-14G421-BAJ
1U5T-14G421-BBJ - Fixed
1U5T-14G421-BCJ
1U5T-14G421-BDJ
1U5T-14G421-BEJ
1U5T-14G421-BFJ
1U5T-14G421-BGJ
1U5T-14G421-BHJ
1U5T-14G421-BJE - This is an old map file from previous installation.
4U5T-14G422-BBG - Missing 3 of the 4 voice files.
1U5T-14G424-BL

NU5T-14G381-AB
5U5T-14G391-AT
4U5T-14G423-AC
1U5T-14G658-AH

Since you can just use the existing USB and the files needed for the rest of the installation, I’ll write out the necessary autoinstall files below.

Step 1: Fix the -BJE file. This is similar to what was done for the -BBE file.
You will need the proper file in the SyncMyRide folder on the USB:
1U5T-14G421-BJJ
Use this autoinstall file:
autoinstall .lst (250 Bytes)
This is one file, so should be only a few minutes to complete. Reboot the APIM after installation.

Step 2: Fix the nav voice files.
You will need the proper files in the SyncMyRide folder on the USB:
4U5T-14G422-BAG
4U5T-14G422-BBG
4U5T-14G422-BCG
4U5T-14G422-BDG
Use this autoinstall file:
autoinstall.lst (626 Bytes)
This is 4 files, so this will take a while to complete. The script will reboot the unit once and continue the installation. Do not remove the USB till it is done. Ignore any key cycle messages. Reboot the APIM after installation.

Step 3: After this is all done, perform a master reset on the unit.

Run the Interrogator Utility and post the results…
