PKG_ERR04 – Error is PKG_REVOKED
which means you are trying to install a package that is revoked such as run the reformat tool
you will need to replace your USB hub with the updated one to get rid of that error, if you search your car + sync 3 you should find it.
usually you need to relink your phone to your car.
this error occurs when trying to install an update what are you trying to do?
post the requiired information, region, car, year etc
F9 = 1.19, if i remember correctly i believe there is a mistake on the ford package and it still shows as 1.18
downgrade to 19200 or 19101 20021 is buggy for some
as mentioned in my guide i do not support this guide being used for region changes or for "for profit" reasons.
