You can't update like that as the package is banned in new firmware. What you have done is flashed the car with a fat32 usb this issue is know to happen when you use a fat32 usb. You MUST USE EXFAT NOT FAT32
None of these features are supported over here so it wouldn't mean anything to me at all however based on reports from my survey no one else has reported this issue.

Every single instance of this issue has been due to using s fat32 usb or using only part of a full package. To clarify the entire process should have been done with exFAT not fat32
