usually people who aren't logged in to google have this error more often, if i am logged out i get that error if i log in with a different gmail account it works fine, hosting isn't free and these files are massive so unfortunately you will have to keep trying (like you did)
I only use UCDS so can't help much with Forscan unfortunately, i would say you likely need a firmware update to your modules which only UCDS and some experimental Forscan builds can do. your car may also simply not be supported.

you are over complicating things, you need the reformat tool as a "bootloader" to be able to install the NA F9 Maps due to license issues. follow the entire guide regardless of your current sync version, if newer than 19200 do the additional downgrade first.

i have this bad feeling i forgot to plug the sync 3 GPS antenna in to the APIM when i took it apart the other day to fit a amp
this is due to a mistake in the reformat.lst, i have uploaded a fixed version but your workaround also works.
