Just checking to see if anyone may have an answer here on the radio portion of the Sync 3. When scrolling through the channels there are three rows of stations for my FM radio. When I scroll using the steering wheel or the Sync system itself and hit the furthest end channel it won’t scroll to the next row of six stations (on the 2nd or 3rd rows) unless I manually slide to them from the screen. Is this normal with most sync 3 radios? My new Ford has sync 4 and notice when I do the same the next row automatically scrolls to the next set of stations so no need to manually scroll it to see the next set. Maybe just over thinking this but wanted to see if this is a normal thing for the sync 3 system altogether. Question I have is if this is normal is it possible to write this feature into a software update?
Attached pic is a sample of what I see. So if I was on preset 107.9 and wanted to go to the next set of preset channels, clicking the right button only takes me back to 100.3, not the next presets. Hope that makes sense.
