I swapped the transmission in my 09 MKS. When I went to change the solenoid strategy number, I get this warning “Unable to rewrite TRID block. This type of ECU that has a trid block integrated into the module firmware. As a result, in many cases the module firmware has to be uploaded in order to rewrite the trid block properly."
I say yes, it takes me to a screen where it wants me to basically update the PCMs firmware. Issue is when I download all the files it can’t find the strategy (CAN, E611) File named DMBG253, current one is DMBG053. The calibration file, the base one, is 9A5A-12A650-BF, my current one ends in BD. I just wanna update my transmission sol strategy, if I can skip the update let me know, or if anyone knows where to get that file also let me know because either way I just want this to work.
