Glitches Updating to Sync 3.4.23188 from 3.3 Lincoln Natilus

I have a 2020 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve that came with Sync 3.3. After doing a WIFI update to Sync 3.4.23188, I am very frustrated with the constant glitches. Every time I start the vehicle, within 1-2 minutes, the entertainment system goes crazy. It will begin dialing people on my contact list, switch screens, change radio stations, and make the touchscreen inoperative. This will continue for 15–20 minutes. During this glitch, you cannot turn on or off the radio or do anything.

The only way to shorten or get out of this annoying event is to do a soft reset by holding down the power button and the forward seek button, allowing the system to reboot several times.

I was wondering if it is possible to downgrade to the previous version, 3.3, or reinstall 3.4.23188.

The infotainment system is unusable for the first 15-30 minutes. Changing radio stations and dialing people on contact list

Since we do not know which version you were running before, my first answer is “maybe”.

My second answer is: yes.

But those glitches does not seem Sync3 related…
