been told i have to change something in the bcm can someone please help
I may be stating the obvious but have you tried the volume control?
When ringing someone or receiving a call try turning the volume up whilst speaking or listening to your caller.
The same applies to the nav voice if you have gps.
Sorry if you are aware of the separate volume control re the media
Hi yea I’ve already tried that
I have the same issue after upgrading from sync 1 to sync 3
Can’t hear anything during the call
I just figured out how to fix this using forscan
You need to go to ACM 727-01-01 and change D800 to 9800
This should be fix it
Hey man, I’m having the exact same issue and it’s driving me crazy. Wanted to try your version but for some reason in forscan my ACM module only has one line (727-01-01) with only 4 digits after it, any ideas why that could be?
This is required on a Sync 1 to Sync 2 or 3 conversion, you have to tell the ACM it is connected to a Gen 2 APIM now, rather than a Gen 1 so it can route the audio correctly. The setting may be different values, but the change is to specify a Gen 2 APIM. Make sure you keep the CAN vs LIN setting.
