How to change skin/theme without APIM fitted

I have a 2021 transit without an APIM fitted and would like to change the theme if possible. I have managed to change the splash screen using ForScan but I’m sure there is a way to change the theme to the latest sync3.4 font.
Any help would be appreciated.
