A while back I did a cluster upgrade and a 4inch sync screen to 8inch screen on my 2020 ford f250 everything was working fine until my tow haul mode wasn’t popping up I didn’t mind but when I change my transmission I had told ford about it they suggested a new cluster and the original one when they did they my a/c controls stop working and only blow hot they change the a/c module and still nothing denied working on it anymore don’t know what to do I have access to forscan maybe I can do something there

So let’s see if I understand this…
You did an IPC cluster upgrade and a 4" to 8" screen upgrade?
Did you source a new APIM or use the original one and just change the software?
Everything worked fine…
Then your tow/haul mode did not work?
You say you changed the transmission?
Ford changed the IPC cluster back to the original and then your HVAC now just blows hot air?
Did you use FORScan to scan for DTC’s? What DTC’s are present?
This is obviously not a Sync issue…

Only thing I know from ford is that when they put the original cluster and programed it that’s when the a/c started only blowing hot I told them I did a cluster upgrade and a sync upgrade and they told me that’s my problem and that they can’t use forscan I got on foscan earlier and couldn’t find anything I’m wondering if it could be a code on my build because they messed it up with there programming
