Hello, im from Azerbaijan. I have some issue with error code U0300:00-2B in my Ford Fusion 2017. Can anybody help about this?
i have fix error about APIM. but cant fix U0300:00-2B for DDM.
and after getting this error, alarm sound comes only from dashboard panel (ding ding), not from speakers on doors.
In my car i updated sync 1 to sync 3 with update kit.
I would hazard a guess that someone replaced the DDM at some point.
The ones used in the 2017 are different from those used in the 2018s and those have a mid-year change where they when to the Final Fusion units (2018.5-2020)
The Hybrids\Energi also use different DDM/PDM
In addition, across the trims there are “high” and “low” versions, easiest way to tell in general is if the car has heated mirrors. The “low” were used if the car did not have heated mirrors.
Putting a high in a car that should have a low will throw that DTC just like putting one from a 2018 in a 2017 of the right level.
Thank you for your reply. But the DDM was not replaced in the car. The other day I removed Sync3 to install a new light sensor in the car. Since I previously had Sync1 and the car had a sensor only for night / day mode. I wanted to install a new one, not 2 pins, but 4 pins (with solar radiation measurement capabilities, I installed it but did not connect it to the connector yet, since I did not find the pins, I ordered and am waiting for them to arrive.). And the climate buttons were reversible, I read that you need to swap the pins with places. I wanted to remove the pin, but I looked in the wrong place. Since it was necessary to remove 3 pins from the control panel connector and rewire them to another control panel connector. I mistakenly wanted to remove the pin from the radio connector. The pins are slightly damaged. Since I wanted to remove them with a screwdriver. After I put everything back together, the driver’s door speaker did not work. I disassembled everything, reconnected and it worked, since there was no contact due to the damage to the pin of the radio. Now all the speakers work but the sound of notifications does not come from the speakers. I worked in the car for 3 hours and the doors were open, could the battery be low? Maybe because of this signal the sound increase does not come from the speakers?
But before I took everything apart, there was no such error U0300:00-2B in DDM.

IDS or ForScan 2.4.x with a GOOD OBD2 adapter like an OBDLink EX.

I checked DDM config’s. and i cant find any turned on option which have not on my car.
i have some problem’s with driverside rear door. everythink is works on this door. but when i start colibration for driver side doors, window open close for driver door, but this process cant start ford driverside rear door. after damage driver side rear door does replaced. now the window on this door works if power on car is off. but other doors window works only when power is on. i think errors about ddm on forscan related to this issue.
That’s not what the calibration is.
Ford refers to firmware updates as calibration.
The process you followed in Forscan is considered initialization by Ford.
Thaks to everyone. i was find problem. alarm system sound cant come from speekers on doors, because i was damage pin. i was change pin and issue was solved.
Error about DDM module, i was change Rear door DDM module to new generation and this error was solved. than u everyone 
I’ll put pins, connect New dashlight sensor to FCIM Panel. Now i have only this 3 errors. how i can fix this errors? my car haven’t some sensors? i cant understand. Somebody can help?

You’ve still got some pins wrong or an error in the FCIM or BCM programming.
