I haven’t been able to update from 3.3 to 3.4 this is my 4th try and it gives me a error after some packages have completed in the progress bar on the radio.

I used two different USB a 32gb and 64gb. 
What make USB devices are you using?

OK i think we can pretty much rule out the source device.
Can you download and execute an appropriate Interrogator Log and post back here the results.
i read on another post that it might be that my apim doesn’t have nav because it displays the error around 16min ?
If that’t the case how can i install it without nav and for the installation mode to be reformat?
Set synupdater without the NAV button selected.
after i click no nav at the top right do I click the tab that says advance options? Sorry first time doing this haha
What had this anything to do with the NA maps update ?!

You’ve clearly not read the manual and so have probably missed all the warnings. i suggest you do that before you do anything else.

I am assuming my APIM has nav this is a swap radio from a 2019 f150 and my truck is 2020
You are trying to install maps on a non nav unit
