Hallo everyone.
Problems solved.
Maybe will be helpful for others, what to do:

Auto start/stop - restart BMS or BdyCM module (in Forscan). Without adapter, very easy:
Ignition ON(Engine OFF),
5 times flashlight,
3 times brake,
Battery indicator should be flashing, then steady. -
Climate control on SYNC 3.4 & time on main screen - need Adapter (was used ELM327 HS/MS Can) & Forscan:
Configuration → Module APIM → Climate
control Strategy → North America (don’t switch to Europe, as the SYNC 3.4 not fully adopted for Europe)
Added screen where to find. But in Russian language.
