List of version changes

I have a 2017 version Focus (GB) and have successfully (about 4 years ago??) updated it to version 3.4.19101. Since then I have just updated the maps.
I have no problems apart from an occasional glitch connecting the media player through Bluetooth.
I wondered if there was a list of version changes to decide whether it’s worth risking a system upgrade?

Ford does not list the version changes so only Ford and God know what has changed.

So I wonder, are there any noticeable improvements in the newer versions, or is it just a matter of hoping that problems have been rectified?

There are a few changes people have caught. The known ones figured out are listed in the updater tool.
