Log file error

Hello, a month ago I sent my sync 3.4.23188 log file back to Ford, which apparently is having problems updating the map file. I specify that the installation of sync 3.4.23188 went well and was accepted by my 2022 Ford Kuga.
Since then, Ford has not come up with any solution to this problem. I’ve contacted them again, but nothing has happened, even though this problem is apparently common.
I am attaching this log file.
Thank you for your answers

Hello.

What issues are you having exactly?. Do you have the autoinstall.lst file used for the upgrade?.

Also, why did you titled the thread “Log file error”?

Why do I have the Log file error, simply following the sync update the log file produced by my Kuga would have an error here’s what Ford says: “There appears to be a problem with the downloaded file. Our team will review it shortly and update your account to reflect the current version of SYNC in your vehicle. We recommend that you use Wi-Fi updates if this feature is available in your vehicle.”

I’ve made it clear that it’s not the sync update that’s
just the damn log to send to Ford to continue downloading the map.

Sorry if I didn’t make myself clear.

Try a different interrogator log package, you can create them manually by downloading them from our sw db… The goal is for the log to show the APIM I would think, also perform a master reset on the Sync3 system to see if that solves anything…
