I get the error message MEM_ERR01 every time.
Can someone help me here?

New SYNC Version: 3.4.19101

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?

Is the USB a good quality unit and formatted as exFAT?
Is anything else plugged into the other USB port?
Have you tried using the other USB port?
