If I just update Nav maps, will my Sync 3 continuing auto updating through Ford?
The reason I ask is that I saw a message saying that updating Sync from Syn3 updater you would be unable to auto update through Ford.
If all you did was the maps and did not do the Sync update than yes you would be on Fords path still.
If you use the Sync updates through Cyanlabs than that will most likely put you ahead of what Ford would offer your vehicle so it would not offer you new updates than.
This only applies to vehicles with the SYNC 3 version 1.x, 2.x or 3.0 not for vehicles already on 3.2, 3.3 or 3.4
