New ACM load all old Config "configuration structure missmatch"

Hello everyone,
I wanted to replace the radio in my 2018 Focus with one that supports DAB+. The installed ACM module was the JX71-18K810-UBH. The new ACM module is the JX71-18C815-VU.

I followed the guide from My-Ford-Focus exactly. The saving of the configuration from the K810-UBH went without problems. However, when writing to the C815-VU, the error message “Configuration Structure Mismatch” appears.

The OBD2 adapter I used was the following one from Amazon:
bbfly Forscans Elm237 ELMconfig USB VINT-TT55502 MS-CAN.

After researching, I found that the APIM module might need to be configured differently. However, there was no further information on that.

The asbuilt files are not the same between the 2 ACM’s so you cannot write one to the other. Can you post the link to the guide you followed…

You might run into issues with that adapter… FORScan Home
Do not use it to program firmware. Asbuilt programming will be ok.

I’m sorry. I am from Germany, and this was my guide. Is there a way to configure the module so that DAB+ is received?

Can you attach both of the as-builts you have for the ACM’s…Save them and attach them to your reply. You can just make the changes needed manuall one at a time on the new ACM also.

new dab acm.abt (1.3 KB)
old acm.abt (1.3 KB)

Here are the two configurations. Is there a website where I can download the original configurations? The new ACM module also doesn’t have the DAB tuner option.

Select Country - FordServiceInfo.Com

Where can I get the original configuration for the C815-VU? The other one would only be for everything original in my vehicle. So far it doesn’t work at all with the acm module

I have listed the DAB tuner as disabled, but it can’t be activated.

It shows ‘writing blocks failed - incompatible configuration.’ Other settings also can’t be changed.
