I’m hoping someone can help and possibly point me in the right direction. I’ve got a 2021 Ford Transit Custom with the 8 inch screen and sync 2.5. It’s supposed to have Bluetooth and system WiFi but these can’t be toggled on or off within the settings and the Bluetooth option is greyed out. From what I can gather using ForScan the configuration may not have been set up correctly to allow Bluetooth to function. Does anyone have the correct .vbf files or know of any reason why it wouldn’t work? I’ve tried every possible option and still had no luck so far. Or are there any options within the as-built file that will let me enable it.
