Hi,
I bought a used UK 2022 fiesta st3 a couple of weeks ago, it had working satnav.
It wanted to do an update for the maps so I connected it to ford via home WiFi.
It did some updates and the No gps symbol has been on ever since and satnav no longer works.
I continued through the ford updates but gps didn’t come back.
It’s currently on 3.4 23188 with F13 maps but the ford website says there are map updates available, the WiFi scan for updates just keeps spinning and briefly flashing ‘software up to date’. So I installed the ford website maps update with usb which completed but the confirmation file won’t upload to the ford website.
So I found your website and from what I gather I believe the ford system update deactivated the gps, so I need to download the cyanlabs sync updater tool and downgrade to 3.3 19052 keeping current maps and selecting MY20 protection.
Then lock the car
Then do a master reset
And gps should work again.
Then use the cyanlabs sync updater tool to update back to 3.4 23188 keeping my existing maps and selecting MY20 protection…. And hopefully the gps will still work.

New SYNC Version: 3.423188
Do you have a error message, if so what is it?
I don’t know what version it was on prior to updating with WiFi to ford. So I entered a value to bypass the mandatory field.
During one of the ford usb updates it came up with a mem err03 error but the gps was already not working from a previous update that completed ok.
