I have a 2013 F150 that I upgraded the sync 2 to a sync 3 system that I bought off eBay. Everything works perfectly except I don’t have any voice prompts in navigation. This is in both the unit maps and in Android Auto in Waze, and Google Maps. I have been messaging the seller and they can’t help me. I’ve done a master reset with no help. Below is my Interrogator Log. Any suggestions?
Yes, I turned on the voice prompts in the NAV settings. They also work in Waze and Google Maps on my phone. I’ve tried turning up the volume when the NAV prompts are supposed to be playing and that didn’t help.
Likely missing a voice package, but you can verify that with the Interrogator utility. If you have a Sony radio system in the truck you will need to make sure it is configured properly in the asbuilt, and vice versa. Nav prompts use a separate channel in the ACM, like the rear backup alarm does. The ACM routes and embeds the nav prompts, etc., accordingly.
Thanks for responding. I have the Sony system and posted my Interrogator log file results in my first post above so it looks like I have all of the files as far as I can tell. I’ll look into the AsBuilt configuration. The Syns 3 has more memory options in the ACM module so I’ll have to figure out the lines. I compared my ACM values from my Sync 2 to Sync 3, which are the same.

Your ACM asbuilt is fine except if you are using SDARS. Should be 727-04-01 0001 0155 53DD.
Your files loaded on your APIM are correct.
Post you APIM asbuilt so we can look at it.
Also, try turning up the volume during a nav prompt as this is separate from the main volume.
