Hi Everyone. I would like to upgrade from no-sync 4’’ to sync 3 8’’ my 2020 focus mk4 (connected vehicle). I bought second hand APIM and 8’ display +radio, but my car hasn’t harness to supply the APIM (my hasn’t APIM). Could you advise what type of harness I need; where can I buy the bracket that fix the APIM and new control panel buttons (should be different for sync 3), could the vehicle after upgrade remain connected (donor vehicle isn’t connected as it is 2018). I can provide donor vehicle VIN if needed. do I need software update?

eBay is your friend, you should be able to find adapter harnesses on there as well as the brackets and the required bezel.

Thanks! Any recommendations as there aren’t harnesses specifically for mk4. Do Ineed to change the controller/ radio buttons. Do you know if I would need any reprogramming?
