Problem updating maps from F10 to F11 on 3.4.22110

Hi,

I did the exact steps as you suggested.
Install went fine, another complete reset after installation, no auto updates, no Ford Pass App configuration.
But unfortunately still F10.

Maybe it helps, but I created a new log:

Sadly, I’m out of ideas.
Since you already had the required MAP files, this was only a shot in the dark…
The only thing I would think of would take 2-3 hours, which does not seem worth it.

Hi, Ihave the same problem. My car, Kuga PHEV is made april 2022, and has sync 3.4.21197 and F10 maps. When I tried to update to Maps F11 I used autoinstall and only maps. The installation went on and did take about an hour. Then I had to remove the usb stick , and… stil F10 instead of F11. I don’t want to upgrade the syncsoftware because the car is almost new, but the Maps Ford deliver with it are outdated. I did after that, what I red here, but no succes! Is there in the new cars some security build in to avoid overwriting and only with the official Ford update will be switched off?

If your car is MY22 I would had not even touched it, I would think you were elegible for map upgrade the official way. Now that link is broken, so…

If you are in EU, there’s no way for it to just take one hour.
