Do you have a error message, if so what is it?
MEM_ERR01

Update Method: Official Ford

What year Kuga?
Were you using an official map update downloaded from Ford using your VIN?

Yes, offical Ford site with VIN. I’ve tries also syn3 Update, but I saw MEM_ERR01.

I would start with:

  1. Make sure you are using a good quality USB (San Disk, Lexar, PNY) formatted as exFat
  2. Make sure nothing else even a charging cable is plugged into the other USB
  3. Try the other USB on the off chance you have a flaky port

There is only one usb port, another is usb-c port. I’ve used sandisk 64 gb usb key. Error persist

Share the XML file instead of a copy&paste

You can use a USB C to USB A convertor

My XML file is in the first post

I’ve tried another usb, but it display MEM_ERR01
