Programming APIM after SYNC 3 upgrade

I recently upgraded my 2015 Ford Fusion (VIN: WF0DXXWPCDFS87379, EU-MO) from SYNC 1 to SYNC 3 using a donor unit from a 2017 Ford Fusion (VIN: WF0EXXWPCEHU18273, EU-UK). However, I’m facing a few issues and need guidance on how to proceed with programming.

I’ve compared the as-built data for my car and the donor unit and noticed differences in the APIM configuration. I’m unsure what needs to be adjusted to properly program the system for my car.

Additionally, I can’t control the AC from the touchscreen. The on-screen buttons are unresponsive, and while the physical buttons work, nothing is displayed on the screen. My car is equipped with dual climate control, and I’m not sure if additional programming is required to fix this issue.

Is there a guide or resource someone could share that explains what needs to be programmed? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I’m assuming you mean that you have a Mondeo, did you use a VIN that had the same features as your car or?
How did you modify the wiring harness?
Check over on http://www.2gfusions.net you’ll find a lot of info on doing a Sync 1 (4" screen) to Sync 3 conversion.
Or was this an MFT to Sync3 conversion?

I fixed it by changing C1MCA to CGEA 1.3. For the wiring, I followed the topic on the G2Fusion forum. I do have some DTCs in Forscan, and I’ll upload them later today.
