Rear speakers and seat control don't work after switching from Sync2 to Sync3

Hi, I have done a replacement of my Sync2 to Sync3 but I can’t get over some errors in my configuration. Could someone please take a look at this and tell me what the problem is?

U0196 - Lost communication with entertainment Control Module-Rear A
U024B - Lost communication with Seat Control Module G
U024C - Lost communication with Seat Control Module G

Objections:
Electric seat control does not work using Sync3
Speakers in the rear shelf (behind the rear seats) don’t work
