Syn3 Updater 2.14.20 can't identify APIM from Interrogator XML (SYNC 2.3.17109)

Hi @SaNdMaN,

I’m trying to update my 2018 EU Ford Transit Custom (factory navigation) from SYNC 3.0/2.3.17109 to SYNC 3.4 using Syn3 Updater 2.14.20 Stable.

The Interrogator creates an XML successfully, but Syn3 Updater reports:

“Selected XML file does not contain expected output. Syn3 Updater determined you are on 2.3.17109 and may be using non-standard builds. Unable to determine your APIM configuration.”

As far as I know, my APIM is original. CarPlay worked in the past but has stopped working recently.

Could you please have a look at my Interrogator XML and tell me:

  1. Does the XML indicate a non-standard or corrupted installation?

  2. Why can’t Syn3 Updater identify my APIM?

  3. Is there a recommended manual update path to 3.4, or should I first install a specific APPS package?
