Hello,
I recently upgraded from SYNC 1 4" to SYNC 2 8"; my vehicle, a Ford Focus from Brazil, had a SYNC 1 model and I upgraded to a SYNC 2 from another Ford Focus. I bought the adapter harnesses, but I can’t get the camera to work. When engaging reverse gear (manual transmission), there’s no signal from the camera, only from the sensors. I believe it’s some configuration issue, but I don’t know which one. I need help.
Note: I have the VIN code of my car and another car, i definitely have both codes as-a-built if needed.
