These are all AB setting issues and maybe 1 or 2 of them are just DTC’s that need to be cleared as they come up when power is disconnected. The LIN bus on is because you used an APIM out of an Ecosport or Focus that uses the LINBUS in the APIM. It can be turned off, but I can’t remember what setting it is.
I don’t know your vehicle options so you will need to use this database to find the correct settings. Setting things, you don’t have will not make them work. The calibrations in the firmware will not support them even if you turn them on in most cases.
