Sync 3.4 Update to fix bugs

I recently had my sync updated by Ford to build 22251. I have a Mac, so I used the manual method. After downloading everything to the USB and connecting it to the truck, I received the code “PKG_Err04.” so, I followed the directions on the website to downgrade my unit in order to upgrade it, but it also threw an error code about 30 minutes in. Not sure why this won’t work for me.

I have a 32gb drive and filled all of the directions.

Any ideas?
