Thank you man. Just wondering the wiring? Do u connect the HSCANs from GWM to the APIM and connect power to GWM and APIM and you can connect OBD 2 on the back of the GWM? Just want to confirm if Iām right.
Yes, Power to the GWM and the module I am programming. Some require multiple grounds. You may already know but modules are always powered and the Can signal is what turns them on. You want them turned off for calibration updates.
As far as the OBD I use a previous saved configuration to get it started. Only exception is if you are doing a BCM or have one connected. Than it will use that for the look up on a fresh profile.
