Sync 3 Boot Loop

Hello.

My Sync 3 works fine when the ignition has been off for a prolonged period such as overnight. However, if I turn the ignition off and back on after a shorter period, the system gets stuck in a boot loop and if it eventually boots up there is no GPS, or Bluetooth. If Apple Carplay connects there is no sound.

I have tried updating the software and soft resets but no success.

Is there an easy / cheap fix or does it need a replacement head unit?

Hi.

Create and run an interrogator log against the unit, share the XML file with us.

Thanks for the reply. The XML file is blank, I will try an update and see if that produces an XML.
