Sync 3 Defaults to am radio on startup,

hello, I have updated sync 3 few month agot to 3.4, all was fine, then car went for crash repair, and came back but every time I start the car Sync 3 Defaults to am radio on startup also I have to press accepting other bits on a screen , very annoying
can I re-install sync 3.4 firware?
could it help?

You need to get out of 22251.
What you are describing matches the issue with rwdata partition being full.

You need to read and follow this guide → APIM Sync Settings Not Saving, VER_ERR08 Errors, Cannot Perform Master Reset or Upgrades/Updates

All methods to recover from that scenario are covered on that thread, should all fail we do not have anything else to suggest at the moment.

I have generated latest fw 23188, but left maps out Im still on f11
